First, the event background:
GDA (Global Doctoral Federation of Business Administration) was established in France. With the mission of “Initiating the World Lifelong Learning Thought and Building a Global Learning and Research Ecology Circle”, GDA is committed to building intellectual, resource and capital sharing among GDA members worldwide. The docking platform provides an all-round service and support for members of the world in academic communication, industry connectivity, and capital financing.
With the continuous development of GDA for more than two years, the global membership team has continued to grow, and the development of GDA has opened a new chapter. In order to create a better cooperative relationship, deepen internal and external communication, and promote strategic sharing, following the annual meeting of the theme of “Culture, Innovation, Technology, Talents” in Paris in June 2018 and the Shanghai Annual Meeting of “Wisdom and Era Change” in January 2019, GDA will host the 2019 Annual Conference in Paris, France with the theme "Strategy & Globalization in the Digital Age", supplemented by a series of theme sharing events, with a GDA Talk keynote session and a China-Europe theme debate.
Organize outstanding students to carry out the China-Europe theme debate, aiming to make the Chinese and Western management ideas collide with dazzling sparks.
Second, the theme
Central European Enterprise Globalization Strategy
Thesis (proposed):
1. Zhengfang: Cooperation under economic globalization is more than competition
Counterparty: Competition is more than cooperation under economic globalization
2. Zhengfang: Local culture is the driving force for the internationalization of enterprises
Counterparty: Local culture is the resistance of enterprise internationalization
These two debates are only for the sake of turning the jade. We welcome all participants to provide globalization-related debates. We will select the best debate and adopt it.
Third, the activity process
The CEIBS Thematic Debate is divided into two parts: the domestic qualifiers and the international finals.
There are 5 teams in each team, including 4 players and 1 substitute. The first and second place in the domestic qualifiers went to Paris to participate in the international confrontation of the China-Europe theme debate on the GDA Summit on June 21, 2019.
1. Domestic qualifiers
Time: April 2019;

It is proposed to set up 6 teams (increasing or decreasing according to the registration situation) to conduct a round robin.
2. International finals
Time: June 21, 2019
Location: Paris, France AgroParisTech
In addition to two domestic teams participating in the international finals, there are two foreign teams. The four teams decided on the opponent by lottery and played two semi-finals. The winners of each semi-final participated in the finals.
Fourth, the significance of participating in the debate
Participating in the debates at the GDA Summit will have a huge impact, which is equivalent to marketing your ideas and businesses globally: the Nobel Prize winners, famous Chinese and European experts and scholars, and universities with DBA projects will be held at the annual meeting. Project director and dean, representatives of DBA alumni associations, representatives of outstanding entrepreneurs from China and Europe, GDA members, DBA students, and famous Chinese organizations in Europe, and People's Daily, European Times, New Europe, France Radio 2, and local The mainstream paper media will report on this annual meeting.
V. Entry requirements
The participating team members must be reading DBA students;
Participants also participated in the French study tour in June 2019;
Have excellent speaking skills, agile speculative ability, and have a deep understanding or unique insight into how new technologies can lead companies to globalization.
