The journal is a comprehensive academic journal of management organized by the Shanghai Institute of Management Science。
The journal was published in November 1979, a bimonthly publication. Since 2002, the Shanghai Institute of Management Science's "Joint Meeting of Dean of Shanghai Business Schools" has been officially published by the Shanghai University Business School. It has become the School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and the School of Economics and Management of Tongji University.
